SHIPPING & EXPORT POLICY

All orders ship from our warehouse in the Colón Free Zone, Panama.

For certain programs and destinations, we also drop ship from Miami, Florida, providing quicker transit times and added flexibility for our clients.

1. Order Processing & Security Verification

  • All orders are subject to security and payment verification before shipment.

  • Once your order is approved, we normally dispatch within 3–5 business days.

2. Shipping Terms – FOB Colón Free Zone, Panama

  • All prices are quoted FOB (Free On Board) & FCA –( Free Carrier )

  • Under FOB terms, our responsibility for the goods ends once the shipment is handed over to the carrier at our facility or port in Panama.

  • The buyer is responsible for:

    • International freight/shipping charges

    • Insurance (if desired)

    • All import duties, taxes, and fees charged in the destination country

If we help arrange shipping on your behalf, the costs are still for the buyer’s account and will be charged accordingly.

3. Duties, Taxes & Customs in Your Country

  • Depending on the country of import, your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, and other local taxes or fees.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the sole responsibility of the client.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we cannot estimate these costs for you.

  • We strongly recommend contacting Our local customs office or customs broker before placing an order so you understand:

    • Applicable duty rates

    • Any import restrictions

    • Additional costs such as brokerage or handling fees

    • If you decline to pay local duties/taxes and the shipment is returned, we cannot be held responsible for these charges or delays.

4. Panama & Colón Free Zone Framework (Informational)

  • Our company operates from the Colón Free Zone (Zona Libre de Colón) in Panama, one of the largest free trade zones in the Americas.

  • The Colón Free Zone operates under Decree Law No. 18 of June 17, 1948, which provides a special customs and tax regime designed for import, storage, and re-export of goods.

  • Companies established in this zone may benefit from exemptions on import duties, re-export taxes, and invoicing-related taxes for foreign-oriented operations.

Important:

These tax and duty advantages apply primarily to operations within the Colón Free Zone and on goods re-exported from Panama. Your own country’s customs authorities may still charge duties and taxes when the goods arrive.

5. Customs Value & Full-Value Declaration

  • Under international customs rules and Panamanian regulations (which follow the WTO Customs Valuation Agreement), duties are typically calculated on the full customs value of the goods (often based on the transaction value plus freight and insurance).

  • For legal and compliance reasons, we are required to declare the full, true value of the goods on all commercial invoices and customs documents—no under-invoicing and no “gift” declarations.

  • We cannot modify the value or description to help you avoid local duties or taxes.

6. Documentation & Import Responsibility

We provide the standard export documents, which typically include:

  • Commercial invoice (showing full value, currency, and FOB Colón Free Zone, Panama)

  • Packing list

  • Transport document (e.g., bill of lading or airway bill, once issued)

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Any import licenses, permits, or certifications required in the destination country

  • Providing any additional documents required by their local authorities

7. Shipment Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.

  • If you do not see this email, please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
